Since the late 1980's Last has developed and taught art and art history courses at Sheridan College, Brampton and then in Oakville as well as took Sheridan students to study in several cities in Italy with a focused period in Florence. Some of the credit courses that Last has developed and taught include; Survey Art History, Portfolio Development, Painting, Mixed Media, Drawing and Design, Abstract Painting; Painting and Drawing in Italy.
